The JJC Certified Nurse Assistant Program prepares students to administer patient care as a member of a nursing team in hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, and other extended care facilities. A nurse assistant will help with the routine care and treatment of persons who are sick, disabled, or infirm. All students interested in registering for NA 101 (Certified Nurse Assistant) must EITHER view the online orientation and quiz (see PDF below) OR attend an in-person session prior to registering. Sessions will be held on the Main Campus, Building U (Health Professions Center), 1st floor auditorium. No registration is necessary. Sessions will last approximately 45 minutes.
