Student Accounts & Payments

Student Accounts & Payments is located in the Campus Center within the Enrollment Center (A-1020) at main campus. View the Main Campus Map.

Student Accounts & Payments is the Bursar/cashier office for Joliet Junior College. Tuition, transcript fee, parking fines and child care payments are just a few examples of payments accepted through Student Accounts and Payments. With convenient hours and a night depository located at the front of the office, we are sure to meet the growing needs of our customers.

The college is proud to offer an online, interest-free monthly tuition/fees payment plan to assist in the cost of college. Please visit Nelnet Business Solutions for more information. Have an employer or third party assisting you with your tuition; please contact Student Accounts and Payments to arrange for sponsorship billing. If an employee requesting a tuition waiver, please see Human Resources for policy and procedures.

Paying Your Bill

Payment can be made in person at Student Accounts & Payments, located on the first floor of A-Building at the Main Campus. Student Accounts and Payments accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Payment can also be made at the Romeoville Campus in-person or over the phone.

Tuition payments can be made online through eResources with Visa, MasterCard and Discover. You must have a valid login username and password to use eResources. Please see the password help page for login help.

Reminder: Students must make payments by the due date. If payment is not made prior to the close of business on the due date then any unpaid classes will be removed from the student's schedule.

Online Payment for Non-Credit Courses
